인간의 눈에는 보이지 않는 '천족'의 손에 의해 길러진 청년, 스레이. 이전에는 어느 누구 할 것 없이, 천족의 모습을 볼 수 있었다는 전승을 믿는 스레이는, 고대의 감춰진 비밀을 풀고, 인간과 천족이 함께 살아가는 세계를 실현하고자 하는 꿈을 품는다. 어느 날, 난생처음 인간의 마을을 찾은 스레이에게 어떤 사건이 일어난다. 이런저런 일을 계기로 성검을 뽑게 된 그는, 세계의 재악을 쫓는 '도사'가 된다. 이렇게 그는 모험을 떠나기 위한 첫걸음을 내디딘다.
