폭력과 부패로 고통받는 도시 팩스타운의 젊은 아마추어 복서 리샤르 알다나는 그의 친구이자 멘토인 데이브 매켄지의 복싱 클럽을 찾으며 시간을 보낸다. 어느 날 리샤르의 눈 앞에 나타난 정체불명의 단체 사자 기사단과 베일에 싸인 그들의 지도자 리젤에 의해 데이브가 살해당하고, 리샤르는 데이브가 기사단에게서 보호하고자 했던 숨겨진 딸 시리의 존재를 알아낸다. 리샤르는 다가오는 위험과 리젤의 어두운 야심에서 그녀를 보호해야만 한다.
